RecruitmentProcess

At SoftwareSeni, our recruitment process is designed to bring the best talent on board and ensure a seamless transition into our team. We follow these key steps:

Shortlist and Online Technical Test

Candidates are shortlisted based on their CVs, and we then assess their technical abilities by administering specialized tests aligned with their expertise.

Offer & Acceptance

Once we've selected a final candidate, we contact their references and perform a comprehensive background check, including a police check. Afterward, we extend a job offer and provide the candidate with our employment agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and intellectual property (IP) ownership documents.

Interviews

Our interview process includes a series of interactions, starting with an HR interview, followed by a discussion with the team leader, and an evaluation of English proficiency via an interview with our English teachers. Additionally, we conduct background checks through social media platforms, LinkedIn, and Google.

OnboardingProcess

Our onboarding process is designed to seamlessly integrate new team members into SoftwareSeni. We prioritize effectiveness and efficiency through a combination of meetings, self-guided training, detailed process documents, and continuous evaluation.

We provide essential training on crucial topics such as GDPR, data protection, password policies, intellectual property rights, social media guidelines, workplace ergonomics, personal hygiene, confidentiality, and more. These programs are incorporated into the onboarding process for all new hires. New team members receive an introduction to basic project tasks and have opportunities to connect with all stakeholders within our organization, fostering engagement with our customers.

Our onboarding typically spans one week and covers the following areas:

Day 1

Introduction to the team and HR processes

Day 2

Best practices in using our tech stack

Day 5

Review and evaluation, which may include remediation plans for addressing skill gaps identified during onboarding

Day 4

Basic training in security, IP, and data warehousing

Day 3

Skills gap review to identify areas where additional training may be required

Technical Delivery Managers conduct monthly sessions that include case studies, sharing sessions, and hands-on activities to promote best practices.

Udemy (Self-Paced eLearning)

We have developed over 70 training programs and created approximately 50 e-learning materials in the past year. Leveraging the advanced Super-path learning platform, our training methods include classroom settings, self-paced learning, and a hybrid approach that combines e-learning with manager-led discussions and reviews, often facilitated by external trainers.

SPRING Program

Our SPRING program is exclusively designed for internal software developers with at least two years of experience. It aims to transform mid-level developers into senior-level professionals by enhancing technical skills and fostering the ability to provide technical insights to clients in English.

SPARC Program

The SPARC training program is dedicated to accelerating the development of entry-level software professionals. This three-month curriculum enhances technical and soft skills, including proficiency in follow-up and escalation etiquettes, with the goal of rapidly elevating new developers to mid-level proficiency.
